It was a happy, happy 3rd birthday for oscar! I think he had a ridiculously good time. He's growing up way too fast!

after getting dim sum with some friends in china town a few weeks ago, we hit up the big playground.

Ringbearer Extraordinaire

Over the weekend big o was a ringbearer for josh's friend's wedding in monterey. We weren't sure if he'd be able to pull it off, but come game time, he was awesome! sure, the best man was holding a thomas train for him at the end of the aisle in exchange for the pillow he was holding, but that's neither here nor there. He actually walked down the aisle and didn't run!

The kid loves books right now, especially ones about trucks. This is a video of him going through a stack of books and repeating what he's memorized from them. He had already been going for 5 minutes before we started taping him. It's a little dark but it's funny to listen to!

Yay! Oscar and the swing have finally clicked...unless he sees someone touching his bike and then he loses his mind and forgets to hold on. The lovely Aunt Emily made the trek out and spent part of her spring break with us. So fun to have her around! She knew the way to oscar's heart - chase him around and have tickle wars. :-) Never fails.
